REFUND POLICY

 

We offer a 14-day return policy to our customers, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item! ❤

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused.

1. For returns with issues such as defects, you can provide picture proof to request a replacement or refund.

2. For returns without issues, we only provide store credit, or customers can return it to our US warehouse for a refund.  

To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@moonquakeofficial.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.  Buyers are responsible for shipping costs if the return is without issues.  

We recommend that you use a signature postal service to send all returns. Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will have 14 days from the date the return is processed to be deposited into your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy requirements.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please also note that we are currently unable to cover return shipping costs if the customer decides to send the item back, but we are working hard to work with our logistics partners to cover return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, some types of items cannot be returned.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings will not be refunded.

Items marked "SALE" are non-refundable.
