Q: Will you refund the shipping costs of this item?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any return shipping costs are at your own expense.

A: We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged product. Please contact us at contact@moonquakeofficial.com within 14 days of purchase with pictures of the defective product and we will contact you to resolve the issue.

Q: What is the typical processing time?
A: We will process your return as quickly as possible, but sometimes it may take up to 14 days to process your refund after you have sent the item back to us. If you have not received your refund 14 days after returning your item, please contact us at Contact@moonquakeofficial.com with proof of postage information on your return receipt and we will investigate further.

Q: How can I check the status of my return?
A: You will receive an email notification once we have received your return. You will also then receive an email from us letting you know that your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the payment to appear in your account, depending on the card issuer.
